Raft Bioworks · Scientific agent harness

From a river of questions to a sea of discovery.

Estuary keeps a whole computational-biology campaign as a graph. Each node is a question you hand to an agent in the environment it needs. Each edge hands the next node what the last run found, failures included.

  1. 01

    Ask at the source

A node is one question: the prior art, the pocket, the rescoring pass. You give it a brief, a container to work in, a wall-clock cap and a budget.

  2. 02

    It runs somewhere real

Estuary starts the container you picked, gives an agent a shell inside it, and streams the trace back. Pick a GPU image and the card is yours only for the length of the run.

  3. 03

    Flow downstream

Draw an edge and the next node inherits what the last one found: summaries in the prompt, artifacts on disk. Branch into tributaries, merge back at a confluence.

Metered by the second. New accounts start with 5,000 credits, about five dollars of compute. Nothing runs until you launch it.
